Locus Magazine publishes news of the Science Fiction publishing field with extensive reviews and listings of new science fiction books and magazines. Karen Haber reviewed Spectrum 13: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art in the January issue's Art Books section. Here is the outtake:
